Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the images.
Furthermore featured in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a notes section detailing different areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
